Basic Birth Doula Package includes:

$1800

• 2 prenatal Appointments

  • We will meet at your home at around 30 and 36 weeks to discuss your birth preferences, comfort measures, whatever childbirth education questions you have, and go over your postpartum plan. We also like to meet with your birthing partner to get to know them and find out what ways we can support them during this experience.

• Email/text support from beginning of Contract

  • you and your partner have complete access to me during daytime hours to ask questions are support you through whatever you may need.

• On Call for Labor from 38 weeks estimated gestation until birth

  • The phone will be on at all times for you to reach me 24/7

• In person labor support/ unlimited virtual support

  • Let us know about 2 hours before you want us to be by your side, if possible. We can meet you at home or at your place of birth

• Postpartum Care for up to 2 hours after birth

  • We stay with you until you are comfortable and ready to settle into some alone time for rest and bonding with your new baby

• Postpartum Home Visit in first week after birth

  • At this meeting, we can discuss your birthing story, any concerns you have and answer any questions you might have about your birth experience and offer any resources you may need postpartum

  • Unlimited phone/text support for 6 weeks postpartum

  • Home visit at about 5 weeks postpartum

• Labor and birth timeline of events

  • We document and compile a detailed timeline of events for you to keep of the entire birth experience from the time we arrive to support you during labor until the time we leave

  • Candid photos taken during labor and delive

• Personal childbirth education session

• Personal Postpartum education session

• Additional prenatal appointments are available if you desire

• Dancing For Birth Childbirth education classes

• Grandparent education session for the newly deemed grandparents to learn how to best support your new family and understand the changes in the birthing and child rearing world.
